Term 1 Week 4

Graffiti Creator

In ICT we have been using a cool website called Graffiti Creator. Using it we can design amazing bubble writing for our headings and titles. Here are a few of our designs.

Writing Challenge
Every week we do a writing challenge. The first thing we have to do is agree on a topic. The topic can be anything, such as butter, TV, cheese, socks, soccer ... but it does need to be specific. We then write intensely for 15 minutes in whatever style we wish. Afterwards we share our stories and vote for the one we think is best and or enjoyed the most.
The
 TV By Louisa Amoroso
Once there was a TV that no one would buy because they knew it was haunted. One day a nice family came into the shop and bought the TV. That night the TV turned on and started screaming. The mum and Dad thought it was their children screaming so they rushed downstairs to see what was wrong. When they got downstairs the TV fell on them which killed them. When the kids woke up they found blood all over the floor.
Louisa's story was this week’s (week 4) writing challenge winner. The topic was ‘TV’.
The Butter Shotgun
By Rohan Jones
Once upon a time there was a kid who was made of butter. He saved all of his money for a butter shotgun. He bought it and then went around the city and shot lots of people. One day he snuck up on the mayor and shot him in the bottom. After he had shot all the people in the town he shot Michael Jackson in the head with butter bullets. Finally the police caught up with him and found his house. They took him to secret jail. But he secretly shot all the butter police with his butter shotgun, escaped, and lived shootingly ever after.
Rohan's story was week 3’s writing challenge winner. The topic was ‘Butter’.
