Pepeha is a Maori introduction. It tells others the things that are important to us. Last week, we have created our own Pepeha. In a Pepeha, we have included our favourite mountain or a mountain that is close to our house. The Maori word for mountain is maunga. We have also included our ocean. For most of us, our ocean is the Pacific Ocean. The Maori word for ocean is moana.
This week, we have started to create a powerpoint slide of our Pepeha.
