Our School Picnic was great fun. There was a sausage sizzle,
music, and games on offer. Miss Derhamy spotted a few of us hanging out with
our friends and getting ready to win the challenges.
Pop Art
We looked at some examples of Pop Art portraits and many of
us like what we saw so we decided to incorporate some elements of Pop Art, such
as bright and vivid colours, into
our self-portraits. Here are some of our finished art works. They are on
display outside our classroom if you wish to come have a look.

Missing our friend
Our classmate Tai had an accident and is at home getting
better. We decided to make him some cards to let him know we miss him and to
wish him a quick recovery. We also wrote some jokes to make him laugh.
Sink or Life Jacket!
The focus of our water safety lesson this week was how to
help someone drowning without getting wet and the correct way of floating and
swimming in a lifejacket. Here are some photos.
